FAQs:

IS IT INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
The main arena where the headline artists will be performing is under a massive big-top tent which is fully covered and extensively floored.

HOW DO I PAY FOR DRINKS?
On site you can pay for food & drinks using cash or card.
   
DO I NEED TO WEAR FANCY DRESS? 
As it's a Halloween event we encourage fancy dress - but it's not compulsory. Ticket holders will be allowed entry with or without fancy dress.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
We have bars (selling soft drinks & alcohol) and food vendors on site, so please do not bring any food or drinks with you.
 
IS IT ON GRASS?
The main arena is under a massive big-top tent which is fully covered and extensively floored. There is additional pedestrian flooring over the key areas of the site, but as it's October - we recommend you wear sensible footwear.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
No sorry there's no cloakroom. The event is in a large open tent so we'd recommend wearing sensible clothes.

WHAT TIME IS LAST ENTRY?
This depends on the type of ticket you have - so we advise all ticket holders to check their ticket for their strict last entry time. 

WHEN WILL THE SET TIMES BE ANNOUNCED?
Set times for both days will be announced shortly. Please check back for updates.

TRAVEL

BUS - The number 30 bus runs every 15 mins from  Victoria Centre (Milton Street) and stops outside Wollaton Park Main Entrance. Return Shuttle Buses to the City Centre will be leaving from the lower car park from 9pm.  

CARS - Pick and drop off for cars and taxis from the lower car park next to the main entrance.

TAXI - There will be a taxi rank for Hackney cabs from the upper car park.

PARKING - There's limited paid for parking for cars onsite.

ADMISSION & SEARCH POLICY:

•    The event promoter reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder.
•    This is an over 18’s event. We have a Challenge 25 Policy on site; anyone under 25 must produce photo ID (Passport, DL, Pass ID with hologram).  You MUST BE IDENTIFIABLE from photo ID!  If bringing a mask, you must be able to remove it. 

ID’s accepted:
An in date photographic driver’s licence or provisional licence
Valid passport (not a photocopy.  Out of date passports will NOT be accepted)
Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram)
In-date Armed Forces Photo ID Card
National photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)

•    Ticket holders enter the site at their own risk. Neither the promoter nor site management can be held liable for personal injury or damage to customer property.
•    There will be a full person and bag search in operation. Refusal to comply will result in refused entry or ejection from the site.
•    Anyone found with controlled substances on their person will be refused entry or ejected from the site.
•    Those found to be infected with the zombie virus will be refused entry and may be neutralised.
•    The event promoter reserves the right to eject any person deemed to be putting themselves in danger or acting in an inappropriate manner towards other customers or staff.

PROHIBITIONS:

Please do not bring any of the following items with you as they will not be allowed on site:
•    Bags larger than A4
•    All glass
•    Laser pens
•    Severed heads
•    Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons
•    Cool bags / boxes
•    Chairs
•    Large umbrellas (compact, telescopic style umbrellas are allowed)
•    Knives and anything that could be deemed as an offensive weapon, including any fancy-dress props
•    Flares, naked flames or pyrotechnics
•    Controlled drugs or dangerous substances
•    Alcohol
•    Food
•    Soft drinks – empty bottles are ok (free water for refills available on site)
•    Animals (except assistance dogs)
•    Unauthorised use of professional photography or recording equipment is prohibited; equipment maybe confiscated if brought onto the site. Professional photography or recording equipment is any equipment deemed to have a detachable lens.

INFORMATION

•    Warnings:
Prolonged exposure to loud noise can damage your hearing.
Strobe lighting and lasers may be used during the Festival.

•    By attending this event, you give your express consent to be included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording to be in all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world.
•    Licensed bars and food vendors will be operating on site, please drink responsibly.
•    Be aware that there will be live actors (non-contact) on site.
•    No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes is permitted within the main big top and covered areas.
•    This is a green field site, please be aware of uneven ground conditions and wear suitable footwear.
•    There are no cloakroom facilities on site
•    The main event site is within a large tent, but areas of the site are outdoors.  Weather at the end of October can be cold and wet.  Please dress appropriately.

TICKETS

•    Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the site owners, operators and management. It is a condition of purchase that ticket holders accept and will abide by the Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry or in ejection from the site.
•    All attendees entering the event site must have a valid ticket and be alive.
•    Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets in advance of the event, mistakes cannot be rectified on the day.
•    Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Booking fee and postage costs cannot be refunded.
•    All advertised bills are subject to change, refunds will not be permitted in any such circumstances.
•    Tickets will be scanned on entry; please remember to download E-tickets or print them out.
•    Tickets are subject to a last entry time, beyond which they are no longer valid.
•    Pass-outs are not permitted.

Medical services - Our medical services on site will be near the main entrance. We have a team of St John Ambulance medics available and an ambulance on site. If you need medical assistance please either make your way to the medical tent or ask a steward to radio the medical team and they will get someone over to you.

N B. The Site Owners, Operators and Management will not accept responsibility for storing any non-permitted item confiscated at the arena gate. Refuse disposal points will be available at the entrance gate should ticket holders wish to dispose of such items.

Any personal possessions brought onto site are done so at your own risk. Anything lost or stolen is not the responsibility of the Site Owners, Operators and Management, although we will endeavour to assist where possible.
