MJ COLE (Talkin Loud / Prolific)
For the first Stealth Vs Rescued of the new academic term we are pleased to bring you UK Garage legend - MJ Cole.

Releasing 'Sincere' in 1998, an era-defining single that was both one of the biggest influences on 21st century British dance music, and an overground hit, MJ Cole went on to sign to Gilles Peterson’s Talkin’ Loud label where he put out Sincere the album; one of – if not the – defining garage full-length, and one that spawned the massive single ‘Crazy Love’. It was also nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.

Never losing touch with underground British club music, MJ Cole runs his own label (Prolific), has remixed L-Vis 1990, MaddSlinky, Delilah, Amy Winehouse, Chase & Status, Wretch 32 & Yasmin, and produced for the likes of Wiley. MJ Cole is man deeply committed to the search for emotive, smart and brave club music.
