KIWI (Blasé Boys Club)

London based Kiwi has created a sound all of his own over the last 12 months, combining a multitude of influences. 2013 has seen Kiwi (Alex Warren) release upon labels such as “Needwant”, “Days Of Being Wild,” “Kitsuné”, "Sneaky" & Jack Savidge and Edwin Congreaves' much acclaimed “Deep Shit.” Receiving support from Andrew Weatherall, Daniel Avery, and Erol Alkan to name a few. Kiwi has expanded on his already hectic DJ'ing schedule, and as a resident at the Nest and XOYO has whipped up a loyal following. The year has seen Kiwi hitting various places across Europe, with stops offs in Glasgow, Athens, Ibiza, Paris and techno mecca Berlin, plus a number of festival appearances including the Bugged Out Stage at Field Day and Stop Making Sense festival. The remixes have come thick and fast, with reworkings for Is Tropical, When Saints Go Machine, Yumi and the Weather, Lolo, Du Tonc, Tronik Youth, Club Bizarre and Horixon doing the rounds!

2014 looks set to be a busy year, with some exciting collaborations and new releases around the corner. It's safe to say Kiwi is the one to watch!
